Elevion Group acquires Alexander Ochs Wärmetechnik GmbH from Baden-Württemberg

Elevion Group has acquired Alexander Ochs Group, further expanding its portfolio in the field of heating, air conditioning and ventilation technology. The group is one of the region's leading medium-sized suppliers in the field of heating, air-conditioning, ventilation and sanitary engi-neering (HVAC) and focuses on the entire energy management of buildings. The installation of measurement, control and regulation technology (MCR) as well as comprehensive customer service complete the service portfolio. As a full-service provider, the group undertakes the planning, consulting, installation and maintenance of HVAC systems. Its customers range from public-sector clients, property developers, banks, pharmaceutical and automotive companies, and other industrial enterprises to facility managers and private customers.

Further regional coverage of activities in Germany

The acquisition of the Karlsruhe-based company complements the Elevion Group's activities in the southwest of Germany. " Regional presence is important to us," says Roland Fischer, Managing Director of Elevion GmbH, the German holding of Elevion Group. "With more than 160 new colleagues, we are now very close to our customers in southwestern Germany and can help them protect the climate and save energy."

The acquisition is subject to the approval of the German Federal Cartel Office.
