Elevion Group expands competence in water and wastewater technology with acquisition

Middle Franconian specialist for electrical engineering and process automation complements service portfolio of group’s Energy for Industry segment.

Jena, May 2023: Elevion Group has acquired Elektro Hofmockel GmbH & Co. Elektroanlagen KG as of April 20th 2023. Elevion Group is thus further expanding its competencies in the field of automation technology, currently represented by the group’s subsidiary Hermos in Germany  and Metrolog in Poland. Elektro Hofmockel is a provider of customized automation solutions in the field of water and wastewater technology for municipal and industrial plants.

Founded in 1962, Elektro Hofmockel is a medium-sized company based in Rohr, a community in the Roth district of Middle Franconia. Owner-managed in the second generation, the company is now being continued by Hermos as a wholly owned subsidiary as part of a planned corporate succession.
