Elevion Group strengthens expertise in data and telecommunications technology through strategic acquisition
Elevion Group has acquired Magdeburg-based company Innovative Netzconzepte GmbH (INC). This strategic acquisition strengthens the Elevion Group's expertise in telecommunications technology. INC will be wholly owned by D-I-E Elektro AG (EAG), a member of Elevion Group. INC is a network installation company specializing in passive data technology in buildings and data centers.Their activities include structured cabling installation, fiber optic network installation or telephone network installation.

INC's history began in 1997. Out of the original founders at that time, Mr. Jürgen Stamann is still actively involved in the company and is now supported by his son Nico Stamann in the management. After more than three decades of developing the company, both shareholders see the integration with the Elevion Group as a logical step towards a continued successful future. In particular, the partnership with EAG, opens up new growth prospects for INC, expands customer care and complements existing know-how with additional building technology.
