Renaming of Elevion Group’s Recent Acquisition Reconcar

Elevion Group’s recent acquisition, Spanish renewable energy company Reconcar, will now operate under the name BELECTRIC España Construction

BELECTRIC España Construction to be managed by BELECTRIC España, Member of Elevion Group

Amsterdam (Netherlands)– Elevion Group’s recent acquisition on the Spanish renewables market, Reconcar (Revisiones Y Control De Cartagena S.L.), will now be renamed BELECTRIC España Construction. The Murcia-based company will be managed by BELECTRIC España, Member of Elevion Group. 

Elevion Group announces that its subsidiary previously operating under the name Reconcar (Revisiones Y Control De Cartagena S.L.) will now be named BELECTRIC España Construction. Reconcar was acquired by Elevion Group in May 2025 with the aim of integrating the company into BELECTRIC España, who will now manage BELECTRIC España Construction.

The renaming takes effect immediately. All existing contracts and business relationships remain unaffected by this change.
