The new era of Elevion Group's strategic activities on the Polish market was initiated by the successful acquisition of Instal Bud Pecyna Sp. z o.o., one of the leading players in the construction industry in central Poland. With this strategic transaction, the Elevion Group demonstrates its confidence and commitment to effective co-operation and the development of new opportunities in the field of energy solutions for buildings in Poland.
Instal Bud Pecyna has been operating on the Polish design and construction market since 2012 and specialises in the implementation of cooling, sanitary and air conditioning systems. The company focuses mainly on the construction of medium-sized and large production halls and warehouses. The acquisition complements the services of the Elevion Group, which are already provided by the Polish subsidiary Euroklimat, the leading general contractor for the installation of HVAC systems, which offers installation, maintenance and planning services. ‘By integrating Instal Bud Pecyna into our group, we enable a strategically significant development of Elevion Group's business activities in terms of expanding the product and service portfolio in Poland in the field of technical building equipment,’ says Jaroslav Macek, CEO of Elevion Group.
Elevion Group will continue and manage the activities of Instal Bud Pecyna through its subsidiary Euroklimat.
