Mr306A - BOSCH warehouse
The Mr306A warehouse, built in the year 2023-24, is located near Eger, near the BOSCH factory in Maklar. This building is intended to serve the logistical functions of the plant.
BOSCH pays particular attention to the environment and sustainable development in all its construction projects, which is why the Mr306A warehouse was designed to be low-impact and green, in line with the green solutions used in future developments. The most efficient heating solution was thus chosen as the most interesting technical solution for the building.
The building's specificity lies in the heating and cooling system used. The hall, with a surface area of almost 34 000m2, has a total of 115km of plastic pipes installed in its 20cm thick floor structure, which can supply the building's entire heating needs in winter and the cooling capacity required for the building's comfortable operation in summer. The system required precise and coordinated work by all the departments involved.
As BOSCH is committed to green energy production, it is planning to install heat pumps in the near future, a solution that fits perfectly with this type of heating and cooling system design. Therefore, the underfloor heating and cooling system solution is a pioneering and sustainable solution.
