The plant built with the operating lease formula will make it possible to produce an average of 800 MWh per year of clean electricity, which will be fed into the grid and enhanced by being able to be valued until 2043 under of the FER1 incentive scheme.
The plant was built on the roof of the Gonzaga (MN) plant of Officina Meccanica Fabbricese Srl, a historic company that has been producing and selling metal and mechanical carpentry for 60 years, for which we have renovated the existing roof, replacing the eternit with sandwich panels.
